José Pizarro’s new book, BASQUE, hit the shelves last week & what an amazing response it has had so far!
From recipe features in The Sunday Times, Delicious Magazine & Evening Standard, to radio interviews & an awesome launch party, it’s been an eventful few weeks to say the least.
This book is inspired by the landscape, ingredients & traditions from an area close to Pizarro’s heart; yes, Extremadura will always be home, but he feels very much at home in the Basque Country too.
