We feature video content which is hosted on a third-party platform (Vimeo). Bookings/reservations and table management (among other services) are provided by ResDiary. By booking through either an embedded booking widget, or visiting any ResDiary managed pages you are agreeing that they store your personal data which they will in turn share with us in order to create and manage your booking/reservation. You may choose to be added to a marketing mailing list as part of the booking/reservation process, please carefully read any specific privacy policies relating to ResDiary marketing data capture.
By purchasing goods and products through JosePizarro.com you are agreeing for us to store and retrieve your personal data to fulfil your order. Your name, email, telephone, billing and or shipping address will be captured and stored along with the products in your order.
No data relating to your credit card or payment method(s) are stored by JosePizarro.com. All processes are managed by Stripe who are PCI-certified and a trusted payment gateway provider.
We will need to share some of your data with third-party delivery companies to complete the order.
