Built by the prestigious architect Alfonso Alzugaray, Iris is a beautiful villa located on a cliff-top with direct views over Cabo de Plata, Cádiz; just four minutes walk from the spectacular Playa de Los Alemanes and seven minutes by car from the center of the town of Zahara de Los Atunes.
Enjoy the most spectacular panoramic views of the sea, where you can watch the breath-taking sunsets looking out to the African continent. The area has an average annual temperature of 19°C with approximately 320 sunny days every year.
From the moment we meet you at the airport everything is taken care of, leaving you free to immerse yourself in the spectacular environment of the sea and mountains surrounding Iris.
You’ll wake up each day to the sound of the sea, feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for more.
The solarium and the infinity pool on the deck are perfect for relaxation time, the visual effect of water extending to the horizon, vanishing, is truly spectacular, providing a sense of luxury and comfort available to you whenever you need it.
We provide airport transfers in either an Audi A6 or Mercedes V Class, which are also used in our experiences.

The Montenmedio Golf and Country Club
An excellent 18 hole course (6,260 metres, par 72), near Zahara beach in Cádiz. One of the most natural golf courses in Spain surrounded by wild olive, cork, and pine forests. Montenmedio golf course offers impressive views over the Atlantic, over white towns such as Vejer de la frontera, Benalup, Medina Sidonia, and also over the African coast of Tangier.

The surf school at Zahara de los Atunes is open year-round providing reliable waves on the exposed coast of Andalucia with the winter and springs seasons being the optimum time for learners. The school has a reserved part of the beach just for their teaching where they offer courses in surfing, body boarding and stand up paddle. Many kinds of other water sports equipment is available to hire at your leisure.

Bedrooms
Every bedroom enjoys fantastic sea views and has a private terrace. On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Inside Iris is a fourth family bedroom comprising two double bedrooms connected by a shared shower room.
Accessibility
Iris is wheelchair accessible, accessed via a funicular from the garage at street level.
Distances from Iris
It's just a short walk to beaches to the right and to the left as you leave the property and a short drive to local amenities.
Seville airport is 2 hours. Tarifa and the Strait of Gibraltar can be reached in less than 45 minutes driving.
Booking and cancellation
Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 11:00. A security deposit is required on booking to cover potential damages incurred during your stay.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Local Activities
Iris is located in Atlanterra, a quiet neighborhood only 4 km from Zahara de Los Atunes.
Our team will be happy to assist you with excursions to Seville, horse riding, surfing, golf, snorkeling and helicopter rides.
