José Pizarro's first gastropub, The Swan Inn is a modern pub with boutique rooms, found opposite a pretty green between Esher and Claygate.
José Pizarro The Swan Inn is the fourth restaurant in José Pizarro’s repertoire. The Surrey pub has a typical British pub feel, but in true José style serves delicious Spanish classics using the best Spanish ingredients alongside locally sourced produce.
For thirsty guests there is a wide selection of British real ales, draught beers, big gin and tonics with a wonderful collection of Spanish and European wines. During the summer weekends the barbecues are fired up in our beautiful garden terrace for a true taste of grilled tapas classics alfresco. In the winter months you can cosy up next to our log fireplace or garden fire pit.
We welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes, providing them with a bowl of water on arrival. Bring your puppies with you!
Gather friends or colleagues in the warmth of The Swan Inn for a special occasion or business meeting. Our group set menus start from £35 per person and feature tapas classics such as daily changing croquetas as well as our famous main dish, Canelón de pollo y cerdo, traditional Catalan canelón with chicken and pork. If you’re looking for something more intimate, our private dining room can seat up to 20 guests and is available for all kinds of gatherings. Please note that group set menus must be pre-ordered.
