Can I book a table?

Unfortunately we do not take bookings at José, it’s the magic tapas bar feeling, first come, first served. (Even if you have a group of 8)

It’s small and cosy.

José is inspired by the bustling tapas bars around La Boquería market in Barcelona and the traditional tapas bars in the hot, dusty towns and villages of Andalucía. The daily menu depends on what looks good at the market on the day.

We are proud to have been recognised with a Bib-Gourmand from the Michelin Guide. If it’s great tasting, great value, flavour-packed tapas you’re after, then you’ve come to the right place. José is rustic and ‘no-frills’, with an open kitchen, a counter, high level seating and a bustling atmosphere – but that’s all part of the appeal. The Acorn-fed Jamón Ibérico is a must.
