Located in Esher, Surrey, The Swan Inn is José Pizarro’s first gastropub, combining the charm of a traditional British pub with the bold flavours of Spanish cuisine. This modern pub with boutique rooms sits opposite a leafy green, offering a relaxed yet refined dining experience just outside London.

The menu showcases classic Spanish dishes made with premium Spanish ingredients alongside carefully sourced local produce. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of British real ales, draught beers, gin and tonics, and an extensive list of Spanish and European wines.

In the warmer months, the garden terrace comes alive with weekend barbecues serving grilled tapas outdoors. During winter, the cosy interiors, log fireplace, and outdoor fire pit create the perfect setting for seasonal dining.

For tapas lovers, dig into our tapas group menu at £40 per person  featuring classics such as Tortilla de Patatas and Croquetas. For a more special selection, we have our group menu available for £55 per person which includes our Gambas blancas a la parrilla al ajillo and Espinazo de Cordero relleno y salsa. Our intimate private dining room is available for up to 20 guests.

Private Dining

Our private dining room accommodates up to 20 guests, offering an ideal setting for parties, special occasions, or meetings. We offer sharing set menus from £40 per person for groups of 10 or more, designed to be enjoyed together and served in the middle of the table. Please note that a pre-order is required for all set menus.

Our rooms

José Pizarro The Swan Inn lies opposite a leafy green. It offers 6 beautifully fitted en-suite rooms set in an old converted barn behind the pub. The pub & restaurant offer a unique dining experience with Jose Pizarro's renowned Spanish cooking set in this artfully revived modern pub. The rooms offer free Wi-Fi and each room comes with a TV and complimentary tea and coffee.

Please note: We have limited parking on site and it is on the basis of first come, first serve. Free parking is available on the roads surrounding us.
